Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Accor Apartments & Realty. As a Concierge, you will be the face of hospitality, responsible for elevating our guests' experiences to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster Genuine Connections

Build strong relationships with guests, making them feel valued and comfortable during their stay.

Provide Personalized Assistance

Assist guests with transport and travel arrangements, luggage delivery and storage, parking, and valet services.

Address Guest Concerns

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

Offer Expert Recommendations

Provide guests with expert advice on local attractions, restaurants, and activities.

Promote Seamless Communication

Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among departments, including Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance.

Requirements

  • Previous Customer Service Experience

Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong Problem-Solving Abilities

Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and excel in high-pressure situations.

Excellent Communication Skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Local Knowledge

Good grasp of local knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and improve current knowledge.

Driver's Licence

Possessing an open (manual) driver's licence is advantageous.

Flexibility

Willingness to work a flexible rotating roster, including evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts as required.
