- Meet with guests to discuss their vacation needs and preferences, generating sales appointments for our sales team.
- Build rapport with guests to deliver an exceptional experience, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a smooth transition for guests through the check-in process.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our vacation ownership community.
- Meet targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the business.
- This role requires flexibility, including weekend and public holiday shifts.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar hotel or hospitality role.

- High levels of computer literacy.
