Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests, providing personalized service and ensuring a seamless check-in process.
  • Offer expert knowledge of local attractions and activities, helping guests to make the most of their vacation.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize communication equipment to provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Meet with guests to discuss their vacation needs and preferences, generating sales appointments for our sales team.
  • Build rapport with guests to deliver an exceptional experience, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a smooth transition for guests through the check-in process.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our vacation ownership community.
  • Meet targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the business.
  • This role requires flexibility, including weekend and public holiday shifts.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or hospitality role.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Previous experience with a property management system (PMS) is an advantage.
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
