Facilities Officer

Job Description:

The role of Facilities Officer is a challenging and supportive environment where you will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance in the development, reporting, planning, implementation and evaluation of business policies, mandatory standards and guidelines for areas of facilities and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of government policies and regulations in relation to facilities service delivery
  • Possesses high level communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build constructive and effective relationships
  • Effective problem-solving skills with ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer focused environment
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including ability to provide advice, negotiate and influence others
