Early Childhood Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindergarten team at Papilio Bella Vista.
As an Early Childhood Education Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that foster a lifelong love of learning in our children.
You will motivate and lead a team of educators, design and implement educational programs, and support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities- Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindergarten room.
- Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school, and positive experiences within our community.
- Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
- Support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
- An estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
