Join us as a Client Implementation & Support Specialist and make a real impact in a flexible, part-time role.

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives on solving problems, working with people, and seeing projects through from start to finish. In this ongoing position, you'll work 20–25 hours per week, with the freedom of a flexible schedule, helping clients successfully implement and get the most out of our IFRS 16 lease accounting software. If you have a blend of technical know-how, accounting expertise, and a passion for exceptional client service, we'd love to hear from you.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline

· Solid understanding of Discounted Cash Flows (DCF) and present value principles

· Familiarity with IFRS 16 lease accounting standards

· years' experience with accounting software (implementation, support, or usage)

· Experience in a customer-facing or consulting role preferred

· Exposure to commercial leases is advantageous but not essential

· ERP or lease accounting software certification is a plus

OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBIITIES

· Project Management & Implementation

o    Lead and manage end-to-end software implementation projects for new clients

o    Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

o    Configure and tailor Lease Capitaliser IFRS16 software based on client-specific lease portfolios

· Client Support & Success

o    Serve as the primary point of contact for post-implementation client queries

o    Troubleshoot and resolve software or accounting-related issues promptly

o    Build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction, engagement, and retention

· Training & Documentation

o    Deliver engaging, tailored training sessions for finance teams and end users

o    Develop easy-to-follow user guides, tutorials, and implementation documentation

o    Provide ongoing learning support and refreshers as needed

· Quality Assurance & Testing

o    Assist in testing new product features and updates prior to release

o    Identify, document, and report any issues or bugs to the product team

· Product Feedback & Collaboration

o    Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to inform product improvements

o    Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams

o    Contribute to internal process improvements to streamline the implementation lifecycle
