Job Title:
Grounds Maintenance Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in maintaining the grounds, gardens, and amenities of our holiday park.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness of the grounds, including mowing, weeding, pruning, landscaping
  • Provide customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across caravan and camping sites, cabins, amenities, and other facilities
  • Servicing splash park - cleaning, dosing, water balance, repairs, and maintenance
  • Cleanliness and maintenance of public areas and facilities
  • Assist with gardening projects or basic mechanical repairs and painting


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • First Aid Level 2 certification (can train if required)
  • Current CPR certification (can train if required)
  • National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
  • Working with Children's Check or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience operating and maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, sweepers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, sprayers, and basic hand tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact with management in a professional manner
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
