Grounds Maintenance Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the grounds and infrastructure of a large outdoor recreational facility.
  • Perform general gardening and grounds maintenance tasks to ensure the quality of lawns, gardens, and trees.
  • Support small projects and undertake various maintenance duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Groundskeeping or Maintenance is preferred.
  • Trade experience is beneficial but not essential for this role.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial for success.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key qualifications for this position.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to take initiative are highly valued.
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of presentation, functionality, and safety.
  • Knowledge and experience working with power tools and other equipment is essential for this role.
