About This Role
As a seasoned Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering meaningful progress in the media industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Supports Senior Management to deliver innovative solutions to client briefs
- Collaborates effectively across departments – leverages expertise to drive value for clients and stakeholders
- Manages clients' communications plans including timelines and budget
- Reviews plans to drive greater efficiency and value through innovation and better practices
- Effectively leads and motivates internal teams to produce exceptional work
- Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong working experience with relevant software systems and skills
- Multi-channel experience with demonstrated ATL media planning and buying skillset
- SMD/Spectra. TV Buying, Move, eTAM, eRAM
- Ability to 'multi-hat' across various areas of the Client servicing and team leadership
- Demonstrated success in improving and contributing to strong process management
- A genuine love of being part of a high-performing team and building relationships with all stakeholders internal and external
- Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive
