We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our dynamic team and take the next step in their community career. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients including NDIS participants, aged care clients, and post-op rehabilitation patients.
- This role offers a challenging and rewarding caseload, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule as long as your caseload is met.
You will be working in a collaborative multidisciplinary team, alongside 5 Physiotherapists, 2 Exercise Physiologists, 2 Occupational Therapists, and 3 Rehab Trainers. This team environment fosters strong communication and problem-solving skills, essential for success in this field.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 2-5 years' experience as a qualified physiotherapist (AHPRA registered)
- 6-12+ months experience working in community settings
- Confident working independently while collaborating with a broader team
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
This is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package, including bonus incentives for each client seen beyond 28 per week. You will also receive a car allowance added weekly to your pay, and enjoy flexible work hours with admin done from home.
