Physiotherapy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapy Specialist to deliver high-quality treatments and support clients in achieving their physical goals.
About the Role
This role offers a challenging caseload of 30-45 clients, with approximately 6 billable hours per day, and opportunities to contribute to project management and service development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop outcome-focused rehabilitation plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure therapy aligns with client goals.
- Maintain accurate and professional documentation of client progress.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support referral opportunities.
Performance Targets
- Manage a caseload of 30-45 active clients with at least 6 billable hours daily.
- Ensure at least 90% of clients achieve meaningful improvement within 12 weeks.
Essential Qualifications
- Registered Physiotherapist with relevant qualifications and registration.
- Proven experience managing rehabilitation cases preferably within workers compensation or similar schemes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
