Key Role in Business Growth

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to play a key role in driving business growth through strategic email outreach campaigns and marketing funnel management.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing and executing email campaigns to leads and existing clients, building and maintaining marketing funnels with proper tagging and segmentation for audience targeting, entering newsletters and customer data into a CRM system, generating regular reports to track invoices and follow up on pending payments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness, and continuously improving marketing automation processes based on analytics and performance metrics.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems, preferably KEAP (Infusionsoft), a strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer segmentation, and tag management, proficiency in creating automated workflows and campaign sequences, experience in generating performance reports and analyzing campaign metrics, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high organization skills with strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, and familiarity with invoice tracking or basic accounting principles.
