Disability Service Leader

About the Role:

We seek a dynamic, driven professional to lead our disability service in Ovens Murray. The incumbent will drive standards and capability while ensuring our customers enjoy desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership – inspire, consult and guide your team to achieve great results
  • Culture – promote a respectful and accountable work environment that upholds customer rights, dignity and capabilities
  • Stakeholder Engagement – build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders to deliver expected outcomes
  • Operational Oversight – manage day-to-day service delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, safety and customer goals
  • Performance Management – set clear expectations, monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to identify areas for growth and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services or Social Services or equivalent skills/experience
  • Minimum three years' experience in operations leadership in complex care within NDIS-era disability sector
