Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to lead and support our cruise staff on board our vessels.

This role is pivotal in ensuring every guest enjoys a safe, seamless, and memorable experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and mentoring cruise staff, fostering a culture of excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities include supervising daily vessel operations, including rostering, team briefings, and debriefings. The role also involves assisting with training initiatives and ongoing development of staff.

The primary point of contact to support the Customer Service Manager during periods of leave to ensure continuity of support.

Qualifications:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (SITXFSA005 and SITXFSA006) or willingness to obtain
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and support a team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work primarily on vessels and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Competent in the use of computers, with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
