About the Role

This position requires an engineering degree qualified professional with strong project management skills and a technical background in electrical, power systems, or related fields. A master's qualification is preferred, complemented by a professional chartership from a recognized institution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on transmission and renewables projects, including grid connections and substations. They must be adept at leading design teams, coaching engineers, and contributing to various phases of projects.

A key responsibility will be to manage multiple engineering disciplines and work collaboratively with clients, business units, and delivery partners to share knowledge and expertise.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Your significant industry experience and expertise will enable you to make substantial contributions to the company and its projects.
