We are seeking a leader to join our team in delivering high-quality patient care and management. This is a clinical leadership role that requires strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

About the Opportunity

This position involves providing clinical leadership to the team, assisting with daily operations, and quality improvement initiatives. You will be working closely with the manager and other team members to manage the ever-expanding team and support the day-to-day running of the clinic.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supporting the manager in daily operations and quality improvement initiatives.
  • You will also assist in the coordination of discharges to help manage the flow of referrals and progress of consumer recovery journeys.
  • You will be expected to chair meetings, including Clinical reviews, and provide support in caseload monitoring.
  • You may be required to act in the capacity of manager while the manager is on leave.
  • You will assist in conflict resolutions and work with clinicians to ensure they are performing at their best.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a RPN4; OT3; SW3 or Psychologist 3 qualification and be registered with AHPRA as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse; Occupational Therapist; Psychologist and eligible for Social Work Membership Endorsement.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining:

  • A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
