Based at our Noble Park Office, Boonwurrung country. Full time, fixed term 29/9/2025 to 21/7/2026 (parental leave cover). Salary: $124K + super and salary packaging.

Your Responsibilities
  • Supervise a small team of Senior Clinicians and Clinicians to ensure high‑quality, trauma‑informed therapeutic services to carers, family members, supports and kin.
  • Provide leadership with a solution‑focused approach to developing new programs and fostering longer‑term success.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the Intensive Therapeutic Service (ITS) and related therapeutic services for infants, children and young people who have experienced trauma, neglect or disrupted attachment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Hold a Bachelor or higher qualification in a health or welfare related field (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy, Speech Pathology or related discipline).
  • Demonstrated abilities in team building and management with strong leadership aligned to Berry Street's values: Courage, Integrity, Respect, Accountability and Working Together.
  • Ability to provide carer support and a high standard of direct clinical intervention.
