We currently have three private practices located in Glenroy, Oak Park and Moonee Ponds
Our psychologists bring experience across private practice, acute inpatient & outpatient services, AOD services, pain management, community services, and forensic settings. We work with NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, Medicare, CareInMind and other private and community services

Key Responsibilities
As Clinical Team Leader, you will play a central role in guiding and supporting our team of psychologists. Duties include:
- Direct management of the clinical team, providing clear direction and effective communication
- First point of call for clinicians, including opportunities for peer consultation
- Monthly check-ins with clinicians and leading monthly clinic meetings
- Managing employee service delivery benchmarks and facilitating performance management
- Working collaboratively with the intake team in client referrals and allocations
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new clinicians
- Providing professional supervision to provisional psychologists and coordinating group supervision
- Providing informal supervision to the clinical team
- Leading continuous quality improvement by identifying and addressing barriers to effective care
- Ensuring all clinical processes meet legislative, ethical, and professional standards
- Maintaining governance systems, operational reporting, and conducting safety/quality audits
- Organising professional development and training opportunities
- Participating in program development and evaluation strategies
- Maintaining a reduced clinical caseload
About You
- Masters or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
- Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia + Clinical Endorsement
- 10+ years of clinical experience with strong expertise in the private practice and mental health sector
- Demonstrated experience working with high-risk and complex presentations
- Proven experience in leadership and team management
- Approved Board Supervisor (or willing to obtain training)
- Strong commitment to workplace culture, collaboration, and quality client care
- High-level verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High computer literacy and ability to work across multiple practice systems
- A satisfactory police check (within 3 months), Working With Children Check
