**Workforce Strategist Role**
North Sydney offers a hybrid position with an attractive salary. My client, due to growth, is looking for a Workforce Strategist to join their team.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering the workforce management solution for respective business areas.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead, manage, and coordinate development and delivery across business areas.
- Ensure workforce data integrity and accuracy across HR systems.
- Partner with departments to align data structures and optimize data flow practices.
- Support resource allocation and deployment ensuring continuity of resources on projects.
- Assist forecasting resource demand and identify risk by monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on resource allocation and deployment.
- Remain compliant with policies and procedures and proactively raise improvements where necessary.
