Job Description:

We are looking for a visionary and ambitious individual to lead our retail network. As Head of Retail, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering on sales and operational targets.

You will oversee 43+ stores, ensuring flawless execution across sales, service, visual merchandising, stock, and store presentation. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and excellent analytical and commercial acumen.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence, with experience in national retail management (women's fashion preferred). They will be able to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with a clear focus on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the execution of our national retail strategy
  2. Oversee 43+ stores
  3. Inspire, coach, and develop store and area managers
  4. Manage end-to-end store openings from staffing and training to operational readiness
  5. Drive operational excellence: inventory control, rostering, OH&S compliance, customer service standards, and shrinkage management
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years' experience in State or National Retail Management
  • Proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Analytical and commercially savvy
  • 'Make it happen' attitude
