National Retail Leadership Opportunity

This is a senior retail management position that involves overseeing the daily operations of multiple corporate boutiques across Australia. The role requires regular visits to various locations, including monthly interstate travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Operations Management

Lead the day-to-day operations of all boutiques nationally, ensuring alignment with brand standards and SOPs. This includes managing staff, coordinating logistics, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Sales Performance and Growth

Analyse sales results, set targets, and implement initiatives to drive sales growth and improvement. Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Visual Merchandising and Brand Standards

E nsure consistent and premium visual merchandising across all retail locations. Maintain high standards of brand presentation and ensure all boutiques meet brand expectations.

Team Management and Development

Recruit, onboard, and support high-performing Boutique Managers and retail teams. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans to build team capability.

Training and Compliance

Oversee training programs and ensure compliance with all learning and development initiatives. Ensure all staff are trained and up-to-date on brand knowledge, product information, and sales techniques.

Staffing and Scheduling

Monitor boutique staffing levels and rosters to maximise customer service and productivity. Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand and maintain high levels of service quality.

Financial Management and Reporting

Manage budgets, payroll costs, and financial reporting in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders. Provide accurate and timely financial information to inform business decisions.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE

E nsure exceptional customer service standards are maintained and escalated issues are resolved promptly. Foster a positive and engaging customer experience across all retail locations.

Event Support and Execution

Support boutique openings, refurbishments, and retail marketing events, ensuring seamless execution. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver successful events that drive sales and engagement.
