IT Procurement & Asset Specialist Role

AP+ brings together three domestic payment providers into one integrated entity, creating a more competitive and coordinated Australian payments organization. This role is instrumental in delivering desired outcomes through efficient IT procurement services and effective asset management practices.

The key focus areas include:

  • Identifying and managing risk
  • Supporting customer experience through proactive renewal management
  • Reducing process friction

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Procurement Management
  • Contract Management
  • Asset Management
  • Vendor Management
  • Reports related to IT function
  • Experience gathering and transforming data, compiling information, and preparing reports
  • Making sound administrative and procedural decisions
  • Highly developed communication skills for engaging stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in a similar IT procurement and contract administration role
  • Demonstrated understanding of IT hardware and software asset management principles and methodologies
  • High level of competence with MS Office (Excel and Word)
