We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Procurement Expert to lead our procurement efforts.

About the Role
  • Manage a team of procurement professionals, allocating work, developing capabilities and managing performance.
  • Oversee the entire procurement process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough business needs assessments, analyze supply markets and identify commercial risks.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate the development of commercial risk profiles and contribute to maintaining a probity management framework.
  • Determine tender evaluation methodologies in collaboration with cross-functional teams and manage the tendering process.
  • Prepare contracts in consultation with cross-functional teams and oversee contract awards and execution.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience across construction and facilities management procurement, with expertise in project portfolio management.
  • A strong track record of successfully managing multiple projects within a commercial environment.
