Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Paralegal to provide high-level support to our legal team.

  • Provide administrative services, including data entry, document management and general office duties.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, memorandums and other documents.
  • Conduct research and analysis on various topics, as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant diploma or degree in business administration, legal services or a related field.
  • Solid experience with computer applications, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment and discretion.
  • Understanding and commitment to ethical practice and acting with probity at all times.
