Job Title: Delivery Practice Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the strategic direction and operational management of our delivery teams. This role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in deploying solutions, driving business growth initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-performing teams of delivery consultants and engagement managers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative IT strategies and drive implementation
  • Manage practice finances, ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery
  • Foster business development opportunities and exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Promote technical and soft skill training to enhance consultant development
  • Partner with Business Unit stakeholders to identify staffing opportunities and optimize team utilization
