Salary and Benefits

Above market salary of $120,000 per annum + super, guaranteed for your first 6 months. Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with the option to tailor your work-life balance. About the Opportunity

  • Strong international fare skills are essential for this role.
  • You will need to have proven capability with managing VIP travellers.
  • Responsibilities include making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts.
  • You must be able to follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards.
  • GDS proficiency in Sabre is required.
  • Excellent communication and professionalism are necessary for success in this position.
  • Work as a team member and assist other agents as needed.
  • Maintain favourable working relationships with accounts and their employees.
  • Provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may experience.
  • A high level of attention to detail is required.
  • Strong time management skills and professionalism are also essential.
  • Expertise in fares and complex itineraries is necessary.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A high level of attention to detail is crucial for this role.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Manager is required.
  • International experience is highly regarded.
  • You should be a 'people person' with networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills are required.
  • Tertiary education is highly regarded.
  • Great business acumen is also essential.
