About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services team. The successful candidate will have hands-on expertise in Student Information Systems and a strong understanding of business processes as related to student service offices.
The role involves consulting with higher education customers, delivering value-add services, and supporting the implementation and optimization of Student Information Systems. You will work closely with clients to ensure their institutional goals align with our solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers to drive performance improvement and execute projects with precision.
- Deliver high-quality implementation consulting services, configuring client systems to meet institutional needs.
- Support clients through change management, transitioning from legacy systems to modern cloud-based solutions.
- Conduct business process reviews, gather/document client requirements, and advise on industry-wide best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to derive maximum value from our solutions, providing training and knowledge transfer on solution functionality and best practices.
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing consulting role, preferably in higher education.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Student Information Systems or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
