Integration Architect Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead the development of target state architecture and strategy for seamless integration of various systems.

This is a Daily rate contract role, 7 months in duration, with Flexible and/or Hybrid working arrangements available.

The primary purpose of this role is to design and implement complex integration solutions within our organization.

  • Lead the development of integration strategies and design of end-to-end architectures that facilitate the seamless connection of various systems, applications, and technologies within enterprise environments.
  • Define integration standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficient management of integration solutions and patterns across the enterprise.
  • Identify options available for various integration patterns and recommend best-suited options for each identified pattern along with appropriate justification to support them.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage microservices-based integration solutions.
  • Establish and maintain an API register, control of lifecycle, documenting all APIs and interfaces, define guidelines for API naming conventions and versioning, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure APIs are well-documented and accessible.
  • Communicate and influence senior stakeholders to translate requirements and seek buy-in on the integration target state and roadmap.
  • Assess and select appropriate integration technologies, platforms, and tools to support the integration architecture and contribute to IT governance processes and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent service experience providing architecture and consulting.
  • Desirable - higher education or similar corporate architecture experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with integration of Enterprise applications such as CRM, HCM, Oracle Peoplesoft etc.
