Youth Mental Health Specialist

The role of a child and adolescent psychiatrist is to provide medical leadership, support mental health assessments and management for young people, empower families and care networks, participate in key clinical decisions, supervise and work with registrars and assist medical student education.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative care for young people and their care networks
- Provide mental health assessments and management for young people
- Supervise and work with registrars
- Assist medical student education
This is an opportunity to be part of collaborative efforts to develop, deliver and evaluate innovative care for young people and their care networks.
Mental health professionals work closely with other healthcare specialists to assess, diagnose, and treat various conditions affecting children and adolescents. They may use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or family therapy to address different needs.
Our Requirements:- A doctoral degree in psychiatry or a related field
- Licensure as a psychiatrist
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other healthcare providers
- Compassion, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
