Human Resources Coordinator

This role offers a unique opportunity to support the RFS Member Services team with coordination and advice across a range of human resource functions for Member (staff and volunteers) including employment conditions, entitlements and membership application processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing accurate and timely information and advice to staff members regarding employment conditions.
  • Accurate processing of conditions of employment using SAP HRIS system or similar.
  • Supporting the RFS Member Services team with coordination and advice across a range of human resource functions.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in NSW Public Sector employment legislation, guidelines and conditions of employment awards.
  • Ability to provide accurate and timely information and advice to staff members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • Ongoing employment.
  • Full time role & 35 hour working week.
  • Attractive annual salary $90,915 - $100,316 p.a. plus 10.5% superannuation.
  • Location: Sydney Olympic Park (flexible working arrangements considered).

  • One 'Agreed Absence' leave day per calendar month in recognition of the hours worked and professional commitment to the organisation.
