Human Resources Coordinator
This role offers a unique opportunity to support the RFS Member Services team with coordination and advice across a range of human resource functions for Member (staff and volunteers) including employment conditions, entitlements and membership application processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing accurate and timely information and advice to staff members regarding employment conditions.
- Accurate processing of conditions of employment using SAP HRIS system or similar.
- Supporting the RFS Member Services team with coordination and advice across a range of human resource functions.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in NSW Public Sector employment legislation, guidelines and conditions of employment awards.
- Ability to provide accurate and timely information and advice to staff members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
- Ongoing employment.
- Full time role & 35 hour working week.
- Attractive annual salary $90,915 - $100,316 p.a. plus 10.5% superannuation.
- Location: Sydney Olympic Park (flexible working arrangements considered).
