Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources and Talent Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you'll play a critical role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Manage employee records, including personnel actions, benefits, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and templates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers, responding to queries and resolving HR-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and attract top talent.
  • Support the development of learning and development programs, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Qualification or certification in Human Resources preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, requiring confidentiality and an understanding of the HR lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Diligent and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
