Job Description

Be part of our retail team at Vinnies in St Ives, working as a casual Retail Sales Assistant. We're looking for someone with great fashion sense or experience in the fashion industry, excellent customer service skills, self-motivation, and a drive to achieve sales targets. This casual role requires flexibility to work different days and hours, offering a good opportunity to learn different aspects of store operations and grow a retail career with Vinnies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets
