About the Role

We're seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the flawless quality and consistency of every garment's fit and appearance.

This role involves overseeing the management and tracking of all samples for QA assessment, conducting thorough reviews of products upon arrival, and maintaining supplier fit and quality guidelines.

You will also generate comprehensive reports, foster strong relationships with suppliers/vendors, and collaborate with the Merchandising Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Conduct regular product inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defects
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar Quality Assurance role
  • Demonstrate strong garment and technical knowledge, including proficiency in patterns, size specs, and grading
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in quality assurance
  • Strong communications and organisational skills to adhere to critical path deadlines
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with Data Reporting is essential
