Job Title:

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our Production team.

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our production studio. This includes conducting thorough inspections of finished garments, identifying defects and implementing corrective actions to prevent future issues.

About the Role:

  • Conduct detailed inspections of finished garments to ensure they meet our high-quality standards
  • Identify defects and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols
  • Monitor and report on quality control metrics and KPIs
  • Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality control checks of assigned RTW gowns
  2. Hemming and building knowledge of dress finishes
  3. Measurements, height checks and quality of construction
  4. Quality control reports as directed
  5. Highlight any issues with the quality control process
  6. Assist with packaging and gift wrapping of orders when needed

Requirements:

  • Basic scissor, sewing & cutting skills desirable
  • Demonstrated effective time management skills
  • Ability to work well independently as well as within a team environment
  • Superior attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Highly focused with good concentration
  • Exceptional work ethic, high energy and strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
