Childcare Coordinator

About the Role:
TheirCare is seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our before and after school programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
- Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the service.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the childcare industry, preferably in a leadership or coordination role.
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification in early childhood education or a related field.
- Valid Employee Working with Children's Check and Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate.
- HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and Food Handling certificate.
