Job Summary
The Oshc Coordinator will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs for children, families, and staff. This role entails implementing the planning cycle to deliver premier program experiences, managing compliance and medical documentation, and being the face of TheirCare in the school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and medical information.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and inclusive service environment.
- Provide support and guidance to educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the childcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Either already qualified or in the process of obtaining an ACECQA recognised qualification which includes studies in Teaching, Education Support, Children's Services just to name a few.
