Job Summary
The Oshc Coordinator will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs for children, families, and staff. This role entails implementing the planning cycle to deliver premier program experiences, managing compliance and medical documentation, and being the face of TheirCare in the school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding experiences for children, families, and staff.
- Implement the planning cycle to deliver premier program experiences.
- Manage compliance and medical documentation.
- Be the face of TheirCare in your school community and create a positive relationship within the service community.
- Support and mentor your team of educators to support the service and community.
- Be open, caring, and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the childcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Either already qualified or in the process of obtaining an ACECQA recognised qualification which includes studies in Teaching, Education Support, Children's Services just to name a few.
