Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of our childcare services, including staff supervision, program planning, and service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our school partners, parents, and community stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of our services, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in the childcare or education sector.
- Proven track record of success in managing teams, programs, and services.
