Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks

  • Mentor and support the professional development of educators
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry
  • Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification
  • Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state
  • Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state
  • Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting
  • Food Handling certificate relevant to your state
