About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Reporting Coordinator to join our Finance Team on a temporary contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, including the annual budget, quarterly forecast reviews, and monthly finance reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet various reporting needs, including management, statutory, and financial returns.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance Team, including automation, knowledge transfer, and multiskilling staff to enhance operational efficiency.
About You
We are looking for a seasoned professional with:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the public sector.
- Familiarity with financial reporting software and systems.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance, with at least 3 years of experience.
