Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Reporting Coordinator to join our client's Finance Team on a temporary contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, liaising with internal and external clients, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance Team.

About the Role

The Management Reporting Coordinator will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating the preparation of financial reports, including the annual budget, quarterly forecast reviews, and monthly finance reports.
  2. Liaising with internal and external clients to meet their reporting needs, including management, statutory, and financial returns.
  3. Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance Team, including automation, knowledge transfer, and multiskilling staff.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with:

  1. Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the public sector.
  2. Familiarity with financial software and systems, including TechnologyOne/FinanceOne.
  3. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance, with at least 3 years of experience.
