Lead Structural Engineering Projects

As a Chartered Structural Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on significant, city-shaping projects in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include leading structural engineering design and analysis for complex building projects, providing technical oversight and mentorship to engineering teams, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on integrated design solutions, managing client relationships and project delivery, and contributing to business development initiatives.

  • Deliver high-quality structural engineering services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in structural engineering principles and practices.

With 10+ years of professional experience, you will have a strong connection within the Adelaide engineering and construction community, experience in Health, Transportation, and/or Defence sectors, and technical excellence in structural design and engineering principles.

Requirements
  • Chartered Structural Engineer designation.
  • Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in structural engineering.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
