About the Role

Join our dynamic team of structural engineers in Adelaide and contribute to shaping the future of industrial and water infrastructure projects across Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Associate Structural Engineer to lead and develop our local industrial and water teams. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to refine your technical expertise, engage directly with clients, and contribute to projects that shape the future of industrial and water infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead structural designs for conveyance pipelines, hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities along with general light and heavy industrial projects.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support.
  • Stepping into a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and continuous improvement, you will be given opportunities for leading and mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements
  • Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
  • Experience in the water and wastewater sector and general industrial structures.
  • Proven experience in various aspects of structural engineering, including study involvement, budget, schedule, and scope development.
  • Experience delivering water and wastewater projects in accordance with Australian requirements.
