Senior Engineering Leadership Role

We seek a highly skilled Senior Engineering Professional to lead our Property and Buildings team in Adelaide.   • Work in a high impact market-facing structural engineering delivery focused role managing ongoing communication with local clients and ascertaining specifications and evolving client requirements.
  • Project manage work across the design delivery and tender phases for multi-year packaged work for turnkey projects ensuring timely and quality of delivery in support of relevant technical commercial and regulatory standards.
  • Manage effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally provide sound technical delivery guidance for the team and partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor to Masters level degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

- Chartered status with Engineers Australia desirable.

- Strong expertise in Structural engineering and design documentation including sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes AS/NZS 3500 NCC etc.

- 10 to 15 years industry experience on Australian structural engineering projects ideally in a consulting environment.

- High level of expertise in effectively delivering multiple concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector health commercial residential industrial defence.

- Sound client facing business development and account relationship management skills.

- Strong project management skills including managing Structural engineering teams.
