Team Leadership Opportunity

As a leader at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, you will be responsible for leading the restaurant service period and exceeding guest expectations.

This role requires strong communication skills to build relationships with existing and new guests, as well as problem-solving abilities to handle general enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

You will work closely with the Food and Beverage team to ensure smooth operational tasks are completed, while maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the restaurant service period, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and meeting quality standards.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with guests through engaging interactions and thoughtful service.
  • Assist with bar-related tasks as required and maintain a clean and stocked restaurant environment.
  • Handle general enquiries, providing tailored solutions to meet guests' needs.
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in operational tasks, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
About You:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Current RSA certification.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
