A dynamic and growing company is seeking an experienced Vacation Experience Manager to join their team in Port Douglas, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and inspire the front office team to deliver exceptional vacation experiences.
- Direct and promote teamwork between resort departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Lead recruitment, hiring, and training of staff to ensure adequate staffing levels and high-quality service delivery.
- Assist the Resort Manager with policy and procedure implementation and monitoring to maintain industry standards.
