
Payroll Rules Configuration Specialist

Job Description:
">- As a seasoned rules engine expert, you will lead the configuration of complex rule sets for payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain standardized templates and documentation, promoting scalability and consistency in contract builds.
- Your expertise will be instrumental in providing hands-on training and support to consultants, empowering them to confidently build and manage contracts using standardized rule templates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Technical skills: Rules Engine Configuration & Troubleshooting, Ability to build, test, and debug complex rulesets, Payroll System Knowledge, Understanding of payroll calculations, timesheet interpretation, and award/agreement compliance (especially AU/NZ contexts)
- Business acumen: Contract Interpretation Skills, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills, Detail Orientation, Collaboration & Communication
- Soft skills: Project Management, Stakeholder Collaboration, Continuous Improvement Mindset
