Our organization seeks a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their HRIS team in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and maintain Employee Central Payroll (ECP) platform, including Wage Types Configuration, Work Schedule Rules, and Personal Calculation Rules.
- Manage level 1 & 2 support queries, triage complex issues, and build test scenarios.
- Support half-yearly SuccessFactors ECP release updates and serve as the voice for the organization with vendors.
- Interpret Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) and integrate them into the platform.
- Previous experience in SAP Payroll or strong technical HRIS skills.
- Strong technical skills and analytical mindset.
- Ability to interpret EBAs and build business requirements.
