SAP Payroll Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll professional to lead our payroll configuration, testing and implementation activities.
This is a key role in the design, configuration, support of SAP Payroll solutions that drive business outcomes. As a Payroll Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial part in delivering complex payroll projects that impact business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, test, and implement SAP Payroll solutions.
- Provide expert functional knowledge across SAP Payroll.
- Support payroll operations, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure legislative compliance.
- Contribute to end-to-end payroll project implementations and upgrades.
About You:
- You must have 8+ years of SAP Payroll configuration experience with Australian payroll expertise.
- 3+ end-to-end payroll implementations (mix of ERPs is fine, but at least 1 must be SAP) are required.
- Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and time/payroll integration is necessary.
- Experience in testing, cutover, and payroll go-lives is expected.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams are required.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail is essential.
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship is mandatory.
