Technical ICT Support Professional

This is an exceptional career opportunity for a professional with expertise in ICT who is passionate about supporting the regulation of Victorian teachers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to our Business Systems team and the organisation as a whole.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical expertise and support to the Business Systems team and the organisation
- Implementing change plans related to ICT projects
- Supporting the development and ongoing monitoring of initiatives to strengthen information security
- Providing desktop and technology-related customer support services to staff
- Helping to implement asset lifecycle management
Required skills and experience include:
- Strong background in computer science and network security/cybersecurity
- Experience in providing desktop and operational support in a Microsoft and/or Salesforce environment
- Experience in IT asset lifecycle management
- Strong technical knowledge with a highly organised approach and a proven track record in working collaboratively
