Job Description

- Support and maintain client data and core infrastructure with the backing of a large technical team.
- Develop and implement change management plans for all changes, reviewing them post-implementation for areas of improvement.
- Establish a good rapport with all client staff.
- Communicate upcoming changes and new projects to impacted users.
- Lead effective communication between our company and the client.
- Analyse key trends at the root cause and determine the impact of incidents and problems.
- Ensure incidents are monitored and escalated to relevant departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience in provision of ICT support services for clients.
- Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and stakeholder management.
- Experience and knowledge of end-to-end ICT support functions, including service desk ticketing and escalations, systems administration, and enterprise security.
- Strong understanding and experience in Mac OS and relevant technologies.
- Experience in cloud-based platforms and services such as Microsoft Office 365 and G-Suite.
- Project management skills and ability to ensure technical problems are managed effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously.
